All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Brewed For You does not offer a refund for any Brewed For You product(s) purchased. If you’ve entered-into a contract with us via our B2B service, we will honor the contract; in accordance with the agreed upon terms.
All product(s) are subject to a return, contingent upon there being no damage (opening of the product, scratches/marks etc.) to the product. If the product has been opened, or if there has been any damage to the product, we will not be able to accept it for return due to health reasons or possible contamination. We will not accept the product, nor will we reimburse any individual(s) for causing physical damage to, or the opening of the product(s).
NOTE: All product(s) (if undamaged/ unopened) can be exchanged for a different product. If you’ve received the wrong product, you’ll be responsible for paying the cost of shipping (if any) for the return of the product. We’ll send you the correct/desired product, including the cost to ship it to you.
